South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) Class

This course meets all SLED requirements to apply for a South Carolina CWP. It’s ideal for first-time gun owners and for shooters looking to sharpen both legal knowledge and practical skills.

Course Covers

South Carolina firearm laws & legal responsibilities
Constitutional Carry overview & recent updates
Safe handling, storage, and use-of-force considerations
Fundamentals of marksmanship
Written test & live-fire qualification

Duration: ~8–9 hours (classroom + range)

SLED-Sponsored Class — Free to Students

Available at no cost when registering through the official SLED site under the SC Constitutional Carry Act.

Class Fee: $75 per student
